Spiritual coaching that starts where you actually are

You don't need to have it figured out. You need a space that's honest enough to sit with what's real. That's what we do here, one conversation at a time, from Québec City.

What a cycle looks like

A first call, 20 minutes, free

We talk about what brought you here. No intake forms, no questionnaires. Just a frank conversation so we can both decide if the fit is right. Some people know within five minutes. That's fine.

Setting your anchor question

Every cycle begins with one question you genuinely want to live with. Not a goal to hit, not a problem to solve. A question that matters enough to carry with you between sessions. Past clients have chosen questions like "What am I protecting?" or "Where does my body say yes?"

Weekly sessions, 60 minutes each

We meet by video or in person at our Québec City space. Each session blends guided inquiry, breath awareness, and reflective dialogue. I don't follow a script. The work responds to wherever you are that week.

Between-session practices

Short practices you can do in under ten minutes: a body scan, a writing prompt, a walking exercise. These keep the thread alive without overwhelming your schedule. You'll receive them by email the morning after each session.

Closing reflection

At the end of your cycle, we revisit your anchor question together. The point isn't to have answered it. The point is to notice how your relationship with it has changed, and what that tells you about where you're headed next.

What we offer

Three formats, each built around the same principle: slow down enough to hear what's already there.

Individual sessions

One-on-one spiritual coaching over video or in our Québec City studio. We work with breath, body awareness, and open inquiry. Most clients meet weekly for 4 to 12 weeks, though some return for a single session when they need to untangle something specific. Each session runs 60 minutes.

$120 per session · $420 for a 4-session bundle

Partner sessions

For couples or close friends who want to explore their shared patterns. These 75-minute sessions include a mirroring exercise where each person reflects back what they heard the other say. It's surprisingly revealing. Offered in person only, because the physical presence matters for this work.

$180 per 75-minute session

Seasonal retreat days

Four times a year, near each equinox and solstice, we gather a small group (eight people maximum) for a full day of guided practice. The day includes silent walking, group inquiry, a shared meal, and two hours of individual reflection time. Held at a rented farmhouse outside Québec City. Retreat days are open to past and current clients only.

Questions people actually ask

No. Some clients come from a faith background, others don't identify with any tradition at all. The work here draws on contemplative practices found across many lineages, but it isn't tied to a single belief system. What matters is your willingness to pay attention to your own experience.

Therapy typically works with diagnosis, treatment plans, and clinical frameworks. Spiritual coaching works with presence, inquiry, and the felt sense of meaning. They can complement each other well. I sometimes suggest clients continue therapy alongside our sessions, and I keep a referral list of therapists in the Québec City area if that's useful.

Absolutely. Sessions are available in both English and French. Some clients switch between languages mid-session when certain feelings surface more naturally in one language. That's welcome here.

Life happens. If you let me know at least 24 hours ahead, we reschedule at no charge. Cancellations with less notice are billed at half rate. No-shows are billed in full. These boundaries keep the space reliable for everyone.

Most people who contact me feel that way. Readiness isn't a prerequisite. The free introductory call exists precisely for this: to explore whether this kind of work feels right for you, without any obligation. You can sit with it afterwards and decide in your own time.
